Responsibilities
  • VM strategy execution: Adapt and execute the Region’s Visual Merchandising strategy for both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with global brand guidelines to deliver a consistent brand story across all EMEA
  • Market adaptation: Ensure Visual Merchandising materials can be effectively adapted to local requirements (e.g. for language) while maintaining integrity of Global / EMEA guidelines
  • Brand vision representation and storytelling: Ensure that all shopfloors or showrooms in the Hub are aligned with the latest brand vision, through the training and development of VM colleagues, guaranteeing the highest standards are met consistently. Translate marketing campaigns, product stories, and seasonal themes into compelling in-store visual experiences.
  • Oversight and QA: Ensuring consistency execution of guidelines by all VM Coordinators across sales footprint is executed in a timely manner e.g. adapting to new seasonal display or new model stores. This will include regular store visits, particularly to flagship stores and during season change
  • Showroom environment: Best in class Showroom Visual Merchandising for Wholesale Partners, to ensure PVH assortment is represented in the most commercial manner.
  • Sales and VM analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives using sales data and shopper behaviour insights, ensuring positive ROI, prioritising, and deploying coordinator time appropriate to drive maximum returns
  • Vendor management: Select and manage relationships with external agencies, production vendors, and display partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, merchandising, store operations, design, and digital teams to ensure a unified brand experience.
  • Guideline creation: Oversee the production of visual merchandising guidelines, toolkits, and training materials for local execution.
  • Team leadership: Lead, manage, and coach the Visual Merchandising team for the Hub, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving both team and company objectives.
  • Store openings & refit: Support new store openings, refits, and flagship projects with tailored visual strategies.
  • Performance improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in VM delivery across the hub, driving efficiency and effectiveness in execution.
