We’re looking for a dedicated, mission-driven professional to oversee two key service areas: Community Employment and Independent Living. This is a leadership role for someone who’s ready to grow programs, mentor a team, build strong relationships, and help shape a more inclusive world.

As Director of Service Line Optimization, you will:

• Lead and grow Aspire’s Community Employment and Independent Living programs
• Support and supervise a team providing job training, job placement, and independent living services for adults with disabilities
• Develop community and employer partnerships to promote inclusive hiring and workplace accessibility
• Create innovative training programs that empower individuals to gain independence and find meaningful employment
• Promote inclusive workplaces by delivering accessibility training to partner organizations
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and funding sources, including state and grant-funded services
• Ensure quality, compliance, and outcomes through ongoing evaluation and data tracking
• Collaborate across departments (Admissions, Philanthropy, Academy, Finance) to drive strategic growth and support individuals in achieving their goals
