Job Title: Director of Warehouse Operations Location: Provo, UT & American Fork, UT Reports To: Senior Leadership Direct Reports: Warehouse Managers (Provo & American Fork), Inventory Manager About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Warehouse Operations to oversee and optimize warehouse activities across our Provo and American Fork locations. This leadership role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and team performance across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage warehouse operations at both Provo and American Fork facilities. Supervise and support Warehouse Managers and the Inventory Manager. Develop and implement best practices for inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse layout optimization. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align warehouse operations with company goals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Qualifications: Proven experience managing multi-location warehouse operations. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a strong plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
