Director of Warehouse Operations Location: El Paso, TX (relocation assistance available) Job Description We are seeking a Director of Warehouse Operations to lead and optimize our warehouse management across seven multi-client sites totaling over 800,000 sq. ft. with a $30M P&L. Reporting directly to the Divisional President, this role will drive operational excellence and efficiency while supporting the company’s ambitious 10X warehouse growth strategy. The successful candidate will oversee all warehousing activities, ensure KPI achievement, embrace continuous improvement, and leverage technology (WMS) to maximize profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee operations across seven multi-site, multi-client warehouses. Manage and optimize full P&L and assigned budgets. Implement and maximize Warehouse Management Systems (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or Cadre). Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to optimize utilization and ensure customer satisfaction. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse managers and 30+ associates. Deliver performance reports to executive leadership. Requirements 10+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site warehousing operations. Proven track record implementing WMS. Experience scaling and optimizing warehouse operations. P&L and budget management expertise. Strong knowledge of operational KPIs and metrics. Ability to drive automation and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Advanced English. Preferred: Six Sigma certification.
