Job Description Manage two warehouse operation teams in China (Mobility/automotive and Trade) as well as the country operational teams in the Asia Pacific region Manage a project team for warehouse projects (tenders, relocations, improvement, automation and digitization) Manage a team SAP EWM experts Reporting to the Vice President Logistics Asia Pacific Total HC in APAC: 145 - Close coordination with the counterparts in the other regions (EMEA, NAM, LAM, IN) and with the central Process Excellence Source-to-Deliver (Logistics) organization. - Close cooperation with Indirect Purchasing and Controlling - Close cooperation with the other logistics functions: Transport, Foreign Trade, Consulting, etc. - Very close cooperation with the internal customers/ divisions Qualifications Expected Experience and Knowledge Strong experience in logistics and supply chain, particularly in warehouse management including warehouse shop floor management in the trade consumer goods and/ or automotive industry. At least 10 years in a managerial role (also managing white collar staff and management) Experience of management in international teams in a direct function as well as in a matrix organization. Solid controlling knowledge and cost consciousness. Basic understanding of logistics purchasing and commercials. Fluent in English and ideally in Chinese and any other Asian language Interest and understanding of I4.0, Digitization and Automation Persona Strong customer service mindset Assertive, fast decision maker Excellent team player, empathic and accountable Ability to delegate and manage/steer highly skilled team leads and managers Change management minded, willingness to implement digitized and automated solutions Excellent intercultural skills Willingness to travel local and international (approx. >30% of the time) Legal Entity: Bosch (China) Investment Ltd. Responsibilities

This role involves managing two warehouse operation teams in China and country operational teams across the Asia Pacific region, while also leading a project team focused on warehouse improvements, tenders, relocations, automation, and digitization. The director will also manage a team of SAP EWM experts and report directly to the Vice President of Logistics Asia Pacific.
