Description:

The Klick Omnichannel Enablement team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director with extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry across both physician and patient digital marketing and related strategies. The ideal candidate will possess core expertise in strategic thinking, building and strengthening client relationships, foundational knowledge across all digital channels, campaign management, and have a strong understanding of sales and marketing within the life sciences and/or healthcare industry. As the Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the digital transformation initiatives. Working closely with your technology delivery partner, your primary focus will be on leveraging digital technologies and strategies to drive growth, enhance customer experiences, and improve operational efficiencies for your clients and their brands.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in digital transformation, digital marketing, and campaign management, preferably within a large consulting company
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and strong familiarity with sales and marketing strategies specifically
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital transformation initiatives, delivering measurable results
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Solid understanding of healthcare related data and data strategy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital technologies, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance guidelines related to digital marketing in the healthcare industry is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital transformation strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns targeting patients, healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for digital innovation, process improvements, and revenue generation
  • Drive adoption of digital tools to improve customer engagement, data analytics, and overall operational effectiveness
  • Sharpen and hone your understanding of healthcare data and data strategy
  • Manage client, partner, and vendor relationships to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee a team of consultants supporting their growth and development
  • Lead a high-performing team that fosters innovation, collaboration and continuous learning
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance with data-driven insights
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on digital trends within the healthcare and life sciences sector
  • Stay informed on regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Represent the organization at industry events and forums for visibility and partnerships
