Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Operation Marketing to lead our operational marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively promote Qiddiya's diverse attractions and experiences, ensuring strong market presence and customer engagement. As the Director of Operation Marketing, you will collaborate closely with various departments to create integrated marketing plans that align with operational goals. Your expertise will be vital in driving brand awareness, enhancing customer experiences, and generating revenue through innovative marketing tactics. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement operational marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue for Qiddiya’s attractions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and guest services, to ensure alignment of marketing activities with operational goals. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies. Oversee the development and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives that enhance the guest experience and promote Qiddiya's offerings. Manage the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives throughout the operational year. Analyze marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in marketing efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance operational marketing initiatives. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the operational marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Monitor industry trends and best practices, leveraging insights to keep Qiddiya at the forefront of operational marketing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 10+ years of experience in operational marketing, preferably within the entertainment, leisure, or tourism sectors. Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer experience, and brand management. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across departments.
