Under the direction of the Senior Director of Operational Excellence, this person will act as an agent of change for facilitating and solving some of Honeywell’s biggest problems such as inventory surplus, global supply chain network constraints, procurement process, and operational execution opportunities. This person will be located in Richardson, TX supporting the US manufacturing facilities within Industrial Automation (IA).  You will use the HMX framework to coach and lead facility leadership teams, to improve processes, increase productivity and help establish a mature lean culture. Responsibilities
