The pay range for this position is $52.19-81.46 Summary Responsible for the management, coordination, monitoring, promotion and evaluation of all systems, processes and activities related to the Trauma Center and assigned divisions at Corning Hospital. Assures quality trauma care by maintaining full compliance to all Standards for Trauma Center Verification as set forth by the American College of Surgeon's Committee on Trauma (ACS-COT). The Trauma Center Manager also partners with the Trauma Medical Director in the development of policies and oversight of the program. Experience Five years of experience in trauma, critical care or emergency services or a related clinical field is preferred; knowledge of Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Systems; demonstrated abilities in establishing positive relationships with patients and their families, internal and external healthcare providers and EMS personnel; and excellent organizational, leadership, collaborative practice and teaching skills. Education Master's degree in nursing, leadership or other related field is preferred. Nursing specialty certification is preferred. (ex. CCRN, CEN, CFRN, TCRN) #LI-KS1
