SUMMARY

The Director of Operations leads recruitment and fulfillment strategy for one or more physician and/or advanced practitioner service lines, ensuring alignment with VISTA’s growth and performance goals. This role oversees full-cycle placement operations—including recruiting, scheduling, and compliance—while managing a high-performing team and driving operational excellence. A key partner in strategic initiatives, the Director is accountable for revenue, margin, and workflow optimization, leveraging data to inform decisions and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in staffing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or multi-team management role; healthcare staffing experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in leading recruiting and fulfillment operations, workforce planning, and aligning talent strategies with business goals.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through change in a fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence and leadership acumen with a track record of building inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in ATS/CRM platforms, recruiting technologies, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Compensation Range
$78,600.00 - $98,300.00
Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life insurance, 401K with discretionary match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Clinical Operations, and Physician Leadership to deliver integrated staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across credentialing, compliance, payroll, billing, and legal functions.
  • Support business development efforts by assessing talent requirements and co-creating staffing strategies with client stakeholders.

Operational Excellence & Client Experience
