GENERAL DESCRIPTION  * Creates and executes student records in the CRM for inquiry applications and enrolled students. * Responsible for processing all applications and files for perspective students. * Process all high school/college transcripts * Process all SAT, ACT, and AP Scores * Complete application acceptance review - distribute applications for further review to Director of Admissions and Admissions Counselors, as needed. * Responsible for all acceptance related letters and enclosures. * Works closely with the CRM consultant to ensure data fields are correctly populated, lead lists are correctly uploaded, and admissions processing of student records is accurate in the CRM. * Reviews and evaluates processes in the CRM and back-end operations and offers suggestions for continual enhancements. * Maintain student records in CRM, Banner, and AppXtender. * Oversee document entry and index into Slate and Banner by student workers * Develops reports and queries to track student populations and admissions goals.-Sets-up workflows, letters, and other communications in the CRM. * Responsible for data integrity and ensures data from CRM is integrating into Banner; serves as the point person for other University offices on data needs. * Works closely with the Technology Services Office to maintain connection between CRM and Banner. * Stays informed of updates and new procedures as it relates to the management of data in the CRM. * Attends trainings and webinars on the CRM to improve efficiency in office operations. * Supports the Undergraduate Admissions team with CRM questions, best practices, etc. * Acts as a spokesperson for GWU on the phone, in-person or at special recruitment events. * Assists the office support team with daily operations and office coverage, * Other projects assigned to support admissions operations by supervisor. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS * Bachelors Required OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES  * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  * He/she must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Banner and CRM systems.  * He/she must possess personal characteristics and values consistent with the mission of GWU: friendly, approachable, patient, caring, flexible, professional, self-directed, trustworthy, committed to task, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.  * He/she should possess strong oral and written communication skills.
