This role requires a strong field presence, including extensive travel and the ability to spend extended periods in‑market to support growth, customer engagement, and operational maturity. Work with Districts, Sales and Account Management organization to identify and close key Order Management opportunities for MAIR Lead achievement of Product goals Motivate, educate and develop Branch Order Management teams, Sales & Account Management teams to create and close more order management opportunities Work with MAIR teams to assess branches, create custom development plans and provide direct support in their implementation, including: Target account development Transition of key “catalyst accounts” Network development of key Service Providers (i.e. CFS, stations, data providers, etc.) Focus on driving the effort to create standardized operational models and tools Support Product Manager training Ensure tactical business plan success Ensure Strategy and differentiations are understood at all levels within Geography through creation and delivery of collateral/training Drive collaboration and consistency Review performance data and identify areas for improvement Share best practices Continually seek improvement in procedures and services Dedicated to the success of Expeditors using ethical business practices, personal commitment, and a focus on the fundamental details involved Qualifications Three (3) plus years in Regional roles at Product Three (3) plus years of management position at district (DM/BM) Three (3) years of industry‑specific qualification Proven leadership aptitude and background Strong market and product knowledge Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results Proven sales and negotiation skills Certification in Management and/or Leadership Program preferred Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneNote Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned geography, including frequent multi‑week stays, to directly support business growth, customer engagement, branch development, and execution of regional strategy Additional Information Position to be based out of Dubai.
