About the Role: Canberra Health Services is seeking an experienced and contemporary Director, Organisational Development to play a pivotal role in shaping how people experience leadership, culture and wellbeing across the organisation. This is a senior opportunity to influence system wide culture and leadership practice at a time of strong organisational focus on values led, inclusive and high performing healthcare workplaces. Reporting to the Senior Director, Organisational Development, the Director leads enterprise wide culture and leadership initiatives that support engagement, performance and sustainable change. The role partners closely with executives, senior leaders and clinical teams to design and implement contemporary leadership frameworks, support managers through coaching and development, and embed human centred change practices aligned to healthcare best practice. Leading a small specialist team, this role also oversees key whole of organisation programs including diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, recognition and workplace culture surveying. Through high quality facilitation, strategic advice and strong collaboration across People and Culture, the Director helps position organisational development as a trusted partner to leaders navigating complexity and change.
