YOUR CAPABILITY AND EXPERIENCE
This hands-on role requires a practical strategic thinker with a strong background in organisational development and learning, who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the work done.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in organisational development or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing effective training programs.
- Sound project management skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build solid relationships and influence senior management.
Strategic thinking skills and a hands-on, practical approach.Proficiency in learning design, including digital solutions.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Executive Director, People, Culture & Talent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and capabilities of CFS, directly influencing the quality of service we provide to our customers.
You will achieve this by:
- Developing detailed plans for organisational development programs, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Designing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, ensuring alignment with CFS’ strategy.
- Leading efforts to foster a positive culture, including workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Utilising digital tools and platforms to create innovative development programs that are accessible and effective.
- Overseeing the execution of development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Tracking the progress and impact of development initiatives, using data to make informed adjustments.
- Working closely with various departments and leaders to ensure cohesive implementation of development plans.
Implementing strategies to increase employee engagement and employee Net Promoter Score.Continuous evaluation and refining of development programs to ensure they meet evolving organisational needs.
