YOUR CAPABILITY AND EXPERIENCE

This hands-on role requires a practical strategic thinker with a strong background in organisational development and learning, who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the work done.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in organisational development or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing effective training programs.
  • Sound project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build solid relationships and influence senior management.
  • Strategic thinking skills and a hands-on, practical approach.Proficiency in learning design, including digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Executive Director, People, Culture & Talent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and capabilities of CFS, directly influencing the quality of service we provide to our customers.

You will achieve this by:

  • Developing detailed plans for organisational development programs, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
  • Designing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, ensuring alignment with CFS’ strategy.
  • Leading efforts to foster a positive culture, including workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Utilising digital tools and platforms to create innovative development programs that are accessible and effective.
  • Overseeing the execution of development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Tracking the progress and impact of development initiatives, using data to make informed adjustments.
  • Working closely with various departments and leaders to ensure cohesive implementation of development plans.
  • Implementing strategies to increase employee engagement and employee Net Promoter Score.Continuous evaluation and refining of development programs to ensure they meet evolving organisational needs.
