The Director, Organization Effectiveness directs and manages the agency’s outcomes, which include quality assurance (QA), risk management (RM), and to ensure that standards are met or exceeded and the results are consistent with CCH’s mission and values, in accordance with legal, regulatory, and organizational and accreditation requirements. Oversees completion of internal assessments, evaluations and performance monitoring systems. Serves as the Privacy Officer for HIPAA to insure client related confidentiality legal requirements are met and is a member on the Senior Management Team (SMT). The Director, Organization Effectiveness must demonstrate an active commitment to CCH Mission and strive to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work.
EDUCATIONAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with five (5) years progressively responsible experience in outcome measurement, impact assessment, quality, risk management or related field or a Master’s Degree with two (2) years’ experience.
EMPLOYMENT CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: HI State Criminal Check, Driver’s License, Access to Vehicle with Current Valid Registration, Safety Check, and No-Fault Insurance, Education Verification
