JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for defining the Omni-Owned Brand strategy development, that delivers against company goals, and ensures integration of Owned Brands into high-priority enterprise activities. Drive outcomes that will significantly impact the organization’s short, mid and long-term results. This role also leads the end-to-end commercialization for Beauty and Personal Care product development. Responsible for setting corporate standards for the Walgreens Owned Brands
proposition while creating an end-to-end execution plan. Oversees the innovation of new items and partners cross-functionally to achieve optimal Omni merchandising and store/digital placement. Responsible for maximizing Owned Brand performance by tracking, analyzing and acting on results. Continuously assesses activation against key design targets while reviewing and acting on key competitive, consumer and corporate performance indices.
