Description About Procure Analytics Procure Analytics (PA) is a group purchasing organization supporting over 1250+ member companies in optimizing indirect spend categories such as Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO), Packaging, and Freight. With $2.8B+ of managed spend, PA leverages scale, supplier partnerships, and advanced analytics to reduce costs, strengthen supply chains, and create long-term value for members. The Opportunity The Director of Packaging+ Logistics Account Management will lead PA’s packaging+ logistics-focused account management team with responsibility for member success, account retention, supplier relationship management, and revenue growth. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on engagement with members, ensuring PA delivers industry-leading value through packaging and supply chain solutions. You will build and lead a high-performing team, build strong executive-level relationships with member companies, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to expand PA’s packaging +logistics presence, increase share of wallet, and deliver measurable results in supply chain resiliency, cost savings, and value creation. ________________________________________ What You’ll Do • Leadership & Team Development o Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers and subject matter experts, instilling a growth culture and ensuring they are equipped with tools, analytics, and training to excel. o Set performance expectations, manage P&L responsibility for your team, and ensure delivery against revenue and growth targets o Foster a collaborative, member-first culture that drives innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Account Management & Growth o Drive member adoption of PA’s packaging + logistic programs while identifying upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across Packaging, MRO, and Freight. o Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, building trust-based relationships with senior leaders in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Logistics. o Lead contract renewals, reduce attrition risk, and ensure exceptional member experience and retention. o Act as escalation point for member concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and urgency. • Supplier & Market Engagement o Establish and maintain strong supplier partnerships to support competitive pricing, innovation, and service delivery. o Leverage market insights and packaging expertise (rigids, flexibles, industrial, sustainable solutions) to advise members and deliver thought leadership. o Guide value analysis/value engineering (VA/VE) initiatives to identify cost savings, process efficiencies, and sustainable packaging opportunities. • Strategic & Commercial Impact o Develop and implement strategies to increase packaging revenue, expand engineering capabilities, and introduce new service offerings (consulting, testing, rapid sampling, etc.). o Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Partner Development, Operations, Implementation) to align member goals with PA’s solutions. o Drive adoption of PA analytics and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights and supply chain improvements for members. Requirements About You • Experience & Expertise o 10+ years of progressive leadership in packaging, supply chain, or procurement, with direct experience in account management and business development. o Strong background in packaging sourcing, distribution, or manufacturing; with proven expertise in cost modeling, supplier management, and packaging innovation. o Demonstrated success in leading customer-facing teams and achieving revenue and retention goals. o Proven ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders and deliver consultative, data-driven solutions. • Skills & Leadership Qualities o Executive presence with outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. o Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial acumen; able to translate insights into action. o Passion for customer success and delivering measurable value. o Inspirational leader, coach, and mentor who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Education o Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred. ________________________________________ Additional Details • Role is based in Atlanta with flexibility for remote work. • Travel: 30–40% to member offices, manufacturing sites, and industry events. • Compensation includes competitive base salary, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits. *LI-JC1
