THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a Director of Paid Social to lead the team that is responsible for growing one of our most important channels. This role is both highly strategic and deeply hands-on—blending leadership, platform knowhow, experimentation, and of course- performance.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you’ll own the paid social media roadmap, the campaigns we test and scale, the performance metrics you drive, and serve as the primary thought partner to stakeholders across Performance Marketing, Decision Science, Creative Lab, Operations, and Senior Leadership.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in paid social advertising, including at least 2+ years leading teams.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through clarity, storytelling, and results.
