[What the role is] The Parks Development branch works with various stakeholders to develop green spaces that enhance recreational options and living environments for Singaporeans, supporting Singapore’s transformation into a City in Nature. [What you will be working on] You will lead a team of officers in developing and rejuvenating parks and park connectors. This includes supervising contracting firms to deliver projects within approved budgets and timelines, ensuring corporate and project governance, and managing stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include planning, securing and managing resources, overseeing procurement processes to appoint contracting firms, and maintaining oversight of multiple projects throughout the entire development lifecycle from planning to post-completion stage. You will work with partners and stakeholders across the public and private sectors on multi-agency projects and integrated developments.
