Description:

Then you might be our new Director for Partner Management, based at our office in either Aarhus or Copenhagen.
The Director, Partner Management is responsible for recruiting, develop, and manage relationships with Stibo DX partners globally. The primary goal is to ensure successful partnerships that drive joint customer success and enhanced market positioning. The Director of Partner Management reports to the Chief Innovation & Product Officer.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA added advantage).
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development, ideally within a software or technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing partners in a certified partner program framework, including technology and services partnerships.
- Experience in media or publishing industries is a plus.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent project management capabilities.
- Strong understanding of software ecosystems, APIs, and technology integrations.
- Familiarity with SaaS models and cloud-based solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with certified partners across the Technology, Services, and Business Partner categories. Serve as the central point of contact for partners, facilitating collaboration and communication with Stibo DX teams.
- Lead joint business planning activities with partners to define strategic objectives, growth targets, and critical success factors.
- Identify and onboard new partners to strengthen the partner ecosystem.
- Work with partners to identify joint market opportunities, contribute to coordinated customer proposals, and drive go-to-market activities.
- Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to execute joint campaigns and track partner-influenced pipeline growth.
- Ensure partners provide the required support to joint customers, and align with Stibo DX Customer Success Management teams to deliver a unified approach to customer success.
- Coordinate with Stibo DX’s technical teams to review and accredit partner-developed extensions.
- Actively engage partners in Stibo DX conferences, sales training sessions, and joint customer planning meetings.Work with partners to jointly develop new modules and solutions that extend the Stibo DX’ product suite.
