WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead product marketing efforts, including product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the targeted industries, utilizing insights to shape marketing strategies.
  • Lead the execution of targeted marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of the ISV market, focusing on driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
  • Effectively manage a team of Partner Marketing professionals driving strong business results and team engagement.
  • Position Fiserv as a thought leader in the ISV space by developing channel-specific content, engagement programs, and events that showcase our expertise and innovative solutions.
  • Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) for the industry marketing initiatives, analyzing data to optimize strategies and report on outcomes to leadership.
  • Regularly communicate with leadership and key stakeholders on industry marketing performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the ISV marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI on marketing investments.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT THIS ROLE:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work weekends/evenings, as necessary
