Job Description
Procore is expanding our Partnerships team and we’re looking for a creative and passionate Director, Partnerships, North America to join us. In this role you will be responsible for the development and management of Procore’s partnership go-to-market strategy in North America.
As the Director of Partnerships, North America, you will have the opportunity to build out and set the strategy for the expansion of our partnership initiatives, establishing and guiding a team of channel professionals tasked with the development and management of both existing and new partners.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate seeking a high visibility role in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment. This position will report directly to our GM, North America and can be based out of any of our US offices or remotely within the US or Canada. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

Responsibilities
  • Own GTM relationship, motion, and managing partners within region
  • Own the evolution and execution of our channel sales and service strategy & prioritization plan in Americas
  • Experience hunting and maximizing partnerships in the construction industry and consulting agencies such as Deloitte
  • Experience working with Cloud partners such as AWS, Microsoft, etc.
  • Lead the North America partnership GTM team including resource hiring, coaching, development and performance management
  • Enable and/or support the development of new initiatives in cooperation with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Partners and other internal teams to drive new monetization.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships at the executive level with key channels and partners.
  • Work with the corporate strategy team to identify new partnership opportunities across reseller and service partner ecosystems.
