Role Overview
We are looking for a Director, Payments Solutioning who will take full ownership of Conduit’s sales solutioning, client onboarding and implementation function. This is a key management role that requires both operational know-how and tactical execution. You’ll be building our solutioning and implementation function from the ground up, and ensuring we design the best cross-border payment solutions for global clientele.
This is a role for someone with a founder’s mindset: a builder who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and takes responsibility end-to-end. You’ll need to be equally comfortable diving into the deepest details with clients as you are designing solutioning proposals.
