POSITION SUMMARY:
The Payroll Director is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the organization’s payroll operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves directing payroll processing, optimizing payroll systems, managing staff, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals. The Payroll Director plays a critical role in safeguarding payroll accuracy, maintaining confidentiality, and driving continuous improvement in payroll practices.
