Director, People and Culture Senior Executive, Band One Salary range $239,252 to $264,197 inclusive of super Infrastructure NSW | Barangaroo, Sydney Lead Infrastructure NSW’s People and Culture function as the agency’s most senior HR leader, partnering with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to embed a high-performance, joint-accountability culture and deliver the workforce plan that supports our purpose. Infrastructure NSW plays a unique role in shaping the infrastructure that supports communities across NSW. This is a role for a senior people leader who enjoys being hands-on and close to the business, partnering with executives, and helping leaders create the conditions where people can do their best work. About the role As Director, People and Culture, you will sit at the heart of Infrastructure NSW, working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Your focus will be on strengthening leadership capability, embedding clear accountability and shaping a culture that reflects our values of Achievement, Safety and Wellbeing, Collaboration, and Truth and Courage. You will lead a small, trusted People and Culture team and operate with a high level of autonomy. Success in this role is less about policies and processes, and more about influence, judgement and impact. You bring sharp analytical/problem-solving skills and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes to deadline. Appropriate tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience are expected.
