Group Trucks Operations encompasses all production of the Group’s manufacturing of Volvo, Renault and Mack trucks, as well as engines and transmissions. As Director People & Culture, you’ll drive the people agenda in close partnership with our operations. You’ll lead a skilled and engaged team covering both P&C and Health & Safety. Together, you’ll support leaders in areas such as organizational development, change management, sourcing, labor relations and employee engagement – all with the goal of making us better, every day.
