Description
Lead the planning and delivery of key people processes, including talent and performance management. Coach and develop leaders, offering insights on people, teams, and organizational growth. Use data insights identify trends and influence evidence-based decisions for talent attraction, performance, and engagement. Collaborate with Employee Relations to address escalations and recurring people issues. Analyze organization effectiveness using data and feedback to assess people and organizational capability, providing consultation on how the organizational structure aligns with strategy and objective. Build consensus among stakeholders, including executive leadership, on new ideas and strategies. Lead change management initiatives for successful adoption of organizational changes. Provide continual feedback to understand and predict the implications of HR approaches and policies. 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a strategic HR role interfacing and influencing senior leadership. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a metrics-driven approach. Ability to leverage analytics and insights to create compelling narratives for change. Understanding of how synthesize complex situations into actionable insights for business leaders.
