Job Description Primary Objective: To enable sustainable business growth across NEA by ensuring sustainable talent supply, strong organizational health, a well-being employee experience, and company culture are in place. The role partners closely with business leaders to drive operational excellence, to translate People strategies and to shape data-informed decisions that support long-term business success. Key responsibilities: Facilitate sufficient people supply and build strong talent pipelines to enable sustainable business growth, covering end-to-end people processes including people planning, talent acquisition, selection, onboarding, retention, internal mobility, career development, and off-boarding. Drive the effective implementation of global and regional People & Culture initiatives across NEA, ensuring a structured, consistent, and locally relevant approach that aligns with people strategy. Lead the continuous improvement of People operations across the full employee lifecycle, leveraging digital and AI capabilities to enhance operational excellence and overall employee experience. Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating business priorities into actionable people initiatives that support business goals. Track organizational health by people data, providing strategic insights that directly generate leadership decisions for winning together. Provide data-driven insights to monitor organizational health, generate actionable insights, and translate workforce data into strategic recommendations that inform leadership decisions and drive business outcomes. Build and nurture a dynamic learning ecosystem that enables professional development, strengthens organization capabilities in the transformative markets. Champion and embed the company’s culture and values across the organization, ensuring it is reflected in leadership behaviors, people practices, and everyday employee interactions. Oversee people operation and proactively mitigate people-related risk, maintaining all People & Culture governance are compliant with local regulations and aligned with global standards. Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards. Qualifications Skills & Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree or above 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within multinational organizations Strong Coaching, influence & communication Solid knowledge in all HR fields and broad experience in multiple countries would be an asset Business acumen and mindset as well as tracking record partnering broad experience with country BU leaders Fluent in Chinese, English Behavioural Competencies: Strategic Thinking & Data-Driven Decision Making Business Partnership & Influence Cross-cultural leadership and stakeholder management Resilience & Adaptability Additional Information Konecranes moves what matters.
