Director _ People Business Partner Job Responsibilities Argano is seeking an experienced and dynamic People Business Partner to join our growing team. As a People Business Partner at Argano, you will play a critical role in aligning our human resources strategy with the overall business objectives. You will work closely with leaders and employees to provide HR guidance, support, and solutions, ensuring a positive work environment and contributing to the achievement of our organizational goals. Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and workforce needs, and develop HR strategies and initiatives that support these goals. Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement talent management programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management processes. Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and fostering a culture of open communication. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of talent, ensuring that candidates are aligned with Argano's culture and values. Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions, when necessary. Partner with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and develop learning programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and proactively recommend solutions. Stay updated on HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Qualifications Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience as a People Business Partner or similar role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees at all levels. Proven experience in talent management, performance management, and employee engagement. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity and ethical behaviour.
