WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Marketbridge is seeking a Director, Performance Analytics to shape how marketing performance is defined, measured, and optimized across integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing programs. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives on translating complex business objectives into clear KPIs and actionable insights.
As a critical bridge between Demand Strategy, Media, Marketing Data Strategy, and Client teams, you will establish performance reporting standards, guide optimization strategies, and ensure consistent reporting narratives. You’ll play a critical role in working with clients to understand their campaign goals, objectives and reporting needs to then partner with our Marketing Data Strategy team to co-develop measurement frameworks, validate tracking assumptions, and ensure accurate and timely performance reporting. This role requires both analytical rigor and strong communication skills to turn data into clear narratives that influence decision-making.
We’re looking for a leader with a growth mindset; curious, adaptable, and eager to work with others to push the boundaries of how marketing performance is defined and optimized. You understand not only the current best practices of measurement and analytics but also how emerging technologies, particularly AI, are reshaping the landscape.
