Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for senior leadership and clients Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization. Deep understanding of the financial services industry, regulatory landscape, and market dynamics. Experience in data-driven decision making and defining metrics for product success Familiarity with responsible AI practices and ethical considerations in AI product development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical feasibility with business needs. Track record of driving product adoption and managing change within large organizations. Experience in conducting user research and incorporating feedback into product development cycles. Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
