Team Overview The Data Center Infrastructure Construction team at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to delivering state-of-the-art data center facilities at scale and at pace. This team comprises experienced project managers, commissioning experts, and construction specialists who work collaboratively to ensure the successful execution of complex data center construction projects. They bring a wealth of expertise in project management, technical design, and on-site construction, ensuring that our data centers meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and reliability. By staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating innovative delivery models, this team plays a critical role in supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s growing power demands and long-term development strategy. We are seeking an experienced power infrastructure construction delivery leader to oversee large-scale power projects supporting data center developments. This role is critical in ensuring that power infrastructure programs are planned, executed, and managed effectively to meet schedule, budget, quality, and strategic requirements. Job Summary As the Director, Power Infrastructure Construction, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the expansion and reliability of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s data center portfolio by leading the delivery of large-scale power infrastructure projects. Your leadership will directly influence the successful execution of complex utility, substation, transmission, and on-site power projects required to support hyperscale data center development. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of construction managers while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Role Overview This role provides leadership and oversight for large-scale power infrastructure construction programs supporting data center developments. The position requires strong people leadership, deep understanding of power infrastructure delivery, and the ability to align developer- and utility-led efforts with organizational objectives.
