Overview:
Reporting to the AVP of Premium Audit, the Premium Audit Director - Western Region is responsible for executing departmental strategies, managing operations, and supporting the AVP in achieving organizational goals. This role oversees service delivery, staff development, vendor management, and regulatory compliance within the Premium Audit function. The Director serves as a key resource for insureds and agents, ensuring a high standard of service and alignment with AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values.
Responsibilities:

PREFERRED:

  • Advanced degree or professional certifications related to insurance, auditing, or business management.
  • Proven knowledge in project management, people leadership (i.e., managing, training, coaching, and developing individuals and teams)
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in insurance premium auditing.
  • Deep understanding of California insurance regulations and WCRIB compliance requirements
