OPPORTUNITY:

Tagit is looking for a Director Presales who is responsible for defining the solutions to prospects and clients using Tagit’s products and capabilities to meet the client’s digital strategy and requirements. This includes the ability to conduct initial presentations, facilitating client discussions and workshops and properly documenting the proposed solution, end to end. To support this solution work is the ability to create and maintain presentations, demonstrations, and documents to support the presales work.
This role requires a technical background of digital technologies. The Director Presales will report to the Head of Product Management & Pre-Sales.

Responsibilities
  • Provide thought leadership for technology/consulting relating to digital applications and related technologies.
  • Ability to listen and comprehend a business problem and develop/articulate the technology solution.
  • While this role requires a strong business understanding, it does require technology knowledge to bring the business and technology components together to form a solution.
  • Attend meetings with potential Clients and Channel Partners to determine requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
  • Responsible for actively driving and managing the presales process with direct and channel customers. He/ she must be able to articulate the company’s capabilities and solutions, positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Experience in working with key stakeholders in the Company to progress an opportunity. This includes close alignment with Sales, Product Management and Delivery.
  • To build productive relationships by responding to all the queries and requirements posted by clients.
  • Should be able to create proposals that articulate Tagit’s value proposition, solution to the requirements from the client and our approach to delivering the solution.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information, to include activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs.
  • Possess an understanding of sales methodologies and should be able to apply them in a sales situation.
  • The ability to create Solution documentation alongside of a Statement of Work as part of the transition from Sales/Presales to Delivery.
