Context The Private Sector Partnerships Division (PSP) sits within the Strategy and External Engagement (SEE) pillar under the overall oversight of the Director General and direct oversight of the Senior Director, Strategy and External Engagement. PSP builds partnerships with the private sector that enable IOM's strategic plan and engage the private sector as a key stakeholder in migration through impactful and innovative partnerships to build sustainable migration systems that uphold the rights and dignity of migrants and host communities and to support IOM’s work in emergency support for displaced people. PSP leads strategic outreach and engagement with the private sector while providing Headquarters, Regional and Country Offices with guidance and support relating to initiating, establishing, and maintaining partnerships with the private sector in a well-coordinated manner. PSP is responsible for the development and implementation of IOM’s Private Sector Strategy, which provides a framework for how IOM engages with the private sector to support safe, orderly, and regular migration. PSP oversees engagement with the private sector; companies, foundations, individuals, and philanthropic actors. PSP establishes and oversees all processes including but not limited to the governance, due diligence and engagement process of all private sector actors. Under the overall supervision of the Director General and direct supervision of the Senior Director Strategy and External Engagement (SEE), the Director, Private Sector Partnerships Division will be responsible and accountable for the following duties:

The Director will develop and oversee the implementation of a global private sector strategy aligned with IOM’s strategic plan, aiming to achieve fundraising targets and increase year-on-year private sector revenue. This role involves leading strategic outreach and engagement with the private sector while providing guidance to IOM offices on establishing and maintaining partnerships.
