Qiddiya Investment Company invites applications for the position of Director - Procurement. This key leadership role is essential for driving procurement strategy and execution across our dynamic projects in the entertainment and leisure sectors. You will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative procurement strategies that align with the company's vision and operational needs, ensuring we achieve maximum value and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design and lead comprehensive procurement strategies to support the objectives of Qiddiya's ambitious project pipeline. Oversee the procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier relationship management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess procurement needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct thorough market analysis and vendor assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance with contractual obligations. Monitor procurement performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of procurement strategies to senior management. Ensure adherence to procurement policies and industry regulations, mitigating risks and fostering ethical practices. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team committed to excellence. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certification (CIPS, CPM) is preferred. 10-15 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on large-scale projects in the entertainment, hospitality, or construction sectors. Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management. Proven leadership skills, with a track record of building and guiding effective teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in procurement software and tools, with a strong understanding of digital procurement trends.
