Job Description o The Director will act as the overall leader of the portfolio of client accounts for WNS Procurement Services’ clients. o Senior level position in Client Services and Delivery and reports directly to the Corporate VP of EMEA Delivery for WNS Procurement. o Will lead the business for the assigned accounts, ensuring that the delivery teams at each client are driving world-class operations and performance, meeting client expectations, and minimizing/eliminating service issues and/or disruptions. o Will make operational decisions and facilitate changes to services, and ensure alignment on client expectations with the delivery team. o Will engage with client stakeholders at a C-suite level, be responsible for fostering new business at existing clients within their portfolio, and support client teams as required to ensure world class delivery of services. Qualifications o Master’s Degree in business or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).o Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain from ISM, APICS, etc. preferred.o 14+ years of work experience in operational, program management, and consulting capacity.o Prior management experience for large teams in multiregional delivery set up.o Service Delivery and procurement experience is a key
