Qiddiya Investment Company is inviting experienced professionals to join our dynamic team as Director - Procurement for Transport DMO. This pivotal role focuses on leading the procurement operations within the Transport Department, ensuring strategic sourcing and procurement activities align with the company’s vision for developing a world-class entertainment destination. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute procurement strategies specifically for Transport DMO projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgetary requirements. Lead the procurement team in managing sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and vendor management for transport-related needs. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to accurately capture procurement requirements and deliver optimal solutions. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms and quality standards. Identify market trends and emerging transport technologies to incorporate innovation and best practices in procurement. Ensure procurement processes comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate policies, mitigating risk effectively. Prepare and present procurement reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management for strategic decision-making. Mentor and develop procurement team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 10 + years of experience in procurement and commercial management, with a focus on transportation or large scale infrastructure projects. Demonstrated success establishing procurement teams Proven experience in handling complex procurement processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management. Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
