Job Brief
Are you a strategic thinker with a product management mindset, passionate about driving platform adoption? We are seeking a Director of Product Adoption & Enablement to join our growing team. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to ensure our products’ successful adoption and utilization through a comprehensive approach to instrumentation and platform-based strategies.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and lead the overarching strategy for product adoption, user engagement, and enablement across all clients and customers segments.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to deliver best-in-class technology solutions in a fast-paced product led SaaS environment.
  • Create and refine training materials and learning paths that elevate product expertise and support a scalable, repeatable enablement framework.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure education meets specific teams’ needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training initiatives, paying close attention to AI trends and determining how that can be best utilized within the platform.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align adoption and enablement strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools, platforms, and processes to enhance product training, knowledge sharing, and user engagement.
  • Identify trends and best practices in the SaaS and advisor tech space, leveraging insights to refine strategies and remain a leader in product enablement.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of adoption and enablement specialists, ensuring clear ownership and accountability across roles and has responsibility for personnel actions such as hiring, performance management, training, performance planning and evaluation, pay and recognition programs.
  • Work closely with others to analyze platform usage data to make thoughtful decisions on training needed as well as instrumentation in the platform to assist users in determining next best actions.
  • Establish clear KPIs for product adoption and enablement effectiveness, then track progress through analytics and reporting.
