Visit https://www.sallie.com/about to learn more about us. We’re looking for a Director, Product Delivery to lead the strategic execution of our digital roadmap across Sallie.com. This role is ideal for a seasoned product delivery leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about building scalable, student-first solutions. You’ll oversee a team of product delivery experts, each responsible for a specific product area, and ensure cohesive, high-quality delivery across the entire Sallie.com ecosystem. You will also work hand-in-hand with business leaders across the organization to translate key strategic objectives into actionable technical solutions. As the technical product delivery expert for Sallie.com, you’ll own the delivery roadmap, coordinate across multiple teams and platforms, and ensure high-quality execution in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment. What You'll Do Own the Sallie.com delivery roadmap, aligning product execution with strategic business goals across multiple marketplaces and the broader organization. Lead and mentor a team focused on product delivery, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and excellence. Drive cross-functionality collaboration across development, design, quality assurance, data, and content teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Lead initiatives that bring together the consumer-facing experience with authenticated experiences across multiple platforms. Serve as the go-to expert for Sallie.com from a technical delivery perspective—understanding Hubspot & Mendix platform architecture, how data flows, and integrations between marketplaces. Serve as a key liaison with risk and compliance partners to ensure alignment and that all relevant items are fully vetted and meet regulatory standards. Leverage analytics and insights to inform broader roadmap decisions as well as marketplace decisions. Partner with data science and analytics teams to define use cases, shape data models, and deliver impactful solutions that span across Sallie.com. Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Lead discovery sessions, manage competing priorities, and communicate trade-offs effectively. Champion efforts to streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve system scalability and reliability. What You Have Minimum education, skills and experience required. Proven ability to deliver complex digital products in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring cross-functional teams. Strong technical acumen with understanding of data architecture, analytics, and system integration. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Experience working with risk, compliance, and legal teams in regulated environments. Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and drive results with limited resources. Strong experience with marketing operations platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Mendix, or similar tools). Preferred education, skills and experience required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems or a related field; advanced degree a plus. 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or product delivery; ideally in edtech, fintech, or digital platforms. Experience with tools like SQL, Snowflake, and modern data stacks is a plus.
