As our Director Product Development (or Sr. Product Development Manager, based on experience), you’ll be responsible for overseeing the successful launch and execution of insurance products and business capabilities, ensuring they are implemented effectively and efficiently. This role bridges the gap between product development and its operational delivery, managing timelines, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication across multiple cross-functional teams within the organization.
