JOB SUMMARY
Director Product is responsible for the digital product media platform and product portfolio for Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH), including digital Product strategy, product development, patient user experience, technical delivery, and other digital Product project areas. Plans and implements the digital Product platform strategy and digital Product enabled products to build and sustain brand visibility across digital Product channels that affect BSWH patients, physicians, and other stakeholders. Directs web-enabled strategy to optimize online digital Product marketing and technical tools such as website patient interface, search optimization, affiliate marketing, patient portal delivery, and other digital Product products. Responsible for establishment, management, and protection of the BSWH digital Product footprint. Oversees all aspects of BSWH digital Product media operations, web presence, and digital Product marketing activities. Monitors changes affecting the health care industry and leads the development of innovative digital Product programs that impact the BSWH technical and business models. Leads and collaborates with other departments, including operations, IT, marketing, communications, and digital Product teams, to ensure that the Product platform is aligned to BSWH business objectives and future growth.
