ODIN, an AI cybersecurity platform n, is here to secure these services that are becoming essential to our daily lives. ODIN's mission is simple: identify, fix and prevent security flaws in popular AI services. By rewarding security researchers, ODIN aims to uncover new types of vulnerabilities in GenAI and help make any product integrating with LLMs safer and more secure. The rise in AI adoption, exemplified by platforms like ChatGPT, highlights the urgent need for security. 0din fosters a collaborative environment where innovation in security is both recognized and rewarded, ensuring these technologies remain safe and trustworthy. What you’ll do: Product Vision & Strategy: Lead the vision and strategy for the ODIN product suite to ensure delivery of a high quality product with strong alignment to customer value and enable sales Design & Engineering Partnership: Manage a team of design and engineering resources to create well-designed, user-centric products that exceed business goals Strategic Execution: Able to seamlessly navigate between high-level strategic thinking and practical implementation, translating big ideas into tangible products. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Legal, Marketing, Infrastructure) to enable the development and go-to-market of the ODIN suite in a manner that meets business goals while protecting the Mozilla brand Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze key product metrics to inform key decisions and prioritization of features and new products Effective Communication: Clearly articulate product plans, benefits, and outcomes to a wide range of audiences, including internal partners, leadership, employees, and users. Industry Awareness: Stay current with AI and cybersecurity trends and other relevant emerging technologies to drive innovation and grow ODIN’s position in the market. Thought Leadership: Manage a small team of researchers and community leaders to maintain and grow the ODIN Bug Bounty program and identify and communicate externally key insights and jailbreaks that drive more interest in ODIN What you’ll bring: 7+ years of product management experience, with a successful track record. Preference given to those who have worked on enterprise products 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry or demonstrable depth of knowledge in the cybersecurity industry 4+ years of experience of PM management, with evidence of strong people leadership capabilities.
