Overview:
We’re seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, execution, and market delivery of our proprietary software products. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about shaping the future of AI-driven B2B solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Product Vision: Define and evolve the product roadmap across multiple applications, aligning with business goals and market needs.
  • Drive B2B Innovation: Leverage deep experience in both enterprise-level SaaS and broader B2B software to deliver impactful solutions for complex client environments.
  • Lead with AI & Automation: Strategically guide and contribute hands-on to the development of intelligent automation and AI-powered features.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Synthesize client and stakeholder feedback into clear, prioritized product requirements and positioning strategies.
  • Champion Agile Execution: Serve as Product Owner, collaborating with cross-functional teams (UX, Engineering, QA, Architecture, PMO) to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Enable Go-to-Market Success: Partner with operations, sales, and marketing to ensure readiness and adoption of new products and features.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years in product management, with a strong track record in B2B software (enterprise and mid-market).
  • Strategic and hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and complex automation.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to write clear business requirements and define success metrics.
  • Experience working with global teams and enterprise clients.
  • Bonus (but not required): Background in coding, Big Data, eDiscovery, or Information Governance.
