HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR MISSION

• you are responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction for our product portfolio
• you constantly analyze global market trends and embed these into product adjustments and pipeline developments
• you define the global go to market strategies in close collaboration with Regional Directors
• you collaborate with research, development, product registration, marketing, sales and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and launch
• you define and monitor KPIs to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement
• you communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization
• you keep customer focus: you participtate in customer visits, conferences and exhibitions and give presentations
• you mentor and lead the team of Product Platforms, Product Development, Trial Managment, Regulatory and Sustainability
