Ecommerce & Personalization Expertise – Strong grasp of ecommerce trends, AI-driven recommendations, and personalized shopping experiences.
Technology & Platform Understanding – Familiarity with machine learning, AI, and digital product development in collaboration with data science and engineering teams.
A/B Testing & Experimentation – Experience designing, running, and scaling successful experiments to drive conversion and revenue growth.
Executive Communication & Influence – Ability to present and justify product strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders across various functions.
Business & Market Acumen – Strong grasp of marketing, sales, service, finance, legal, and privacy considerations to balance customer experience with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Partnership – Effective collaboration with UX, Engineering, Analytics, Media, Merchandising, and Strategy teams.
Team Building & Motivation – Fosters a high-performance, collaborative culture that embraces innovation and continuous learning.
Agile & Lean Product Development – Strong experience working within Agile frameworks, writing user stories, and iterating on product development.
Project & Resource Prioritization – Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, allocate resources effectively, and drive execution.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Thrives in ambiguity, identifying creative solutions to complex business challenges.
