Establish a shared vision across the company for one or more products, or a platform product enabling development & scalability, with a deliberate and cohesive strategy. Leads product strategy development, and develops a clear, executable view of the product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders. Influences the architectural roadmap and balances innovative design and technical implementation, while balancing regulatory requirements, time-to-market, meeting customer needs and product profitability. Champions the customer experience and prioritizes customer needs in product requirements and decision making. Defines and uses metrics that inform the success of products including usability studies, research and market analysis. Standardizes workstreams to include analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decision-making. Responsible for product profitability, including budgetary decisions. Leads operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews. Interfaces with senior leadership as needed. Maximizes efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the standard. Leadership & Strategy: Lead the product management team and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, risk, compliance, global markets, operations) to define and execute the product strategy for the Servicing Platform. Roadmap & Execution: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, for new capabilities and innovations. Define clear priorities, align with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery. Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, servicing advancements, competitor offerings, and potential partnerships. Use data and insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of features, collaborating with risk, compliance, data science, and other product teams to build a best-in-class product. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to drive decisions, measure success, and optimize the platform for performance, experience, and scalability. Bias for Action: Have a testing and validation mindset with a drive to take action and learn based off data and discovery to drive the product and better-informed decision making. Stakeholder Management: Present product vision, strategy, and performance metrics to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. Drive alignment across teams and departments. 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 years of experience leading others Proven track record of leading and growing high-performing platform product teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Strong understanding of platform technologies, internal SaaS, and their application to real-world products across servicing channels. Experience in managing products and aligning product development with business objectives. Ability to identify product opportunities, define clear solutions, and drive execution in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Understanding of servicing channels, customer pain points, back office operations, and customer service a plus. Payments, financial services, and e-commerce experience a plus.
