POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a strategic and member-focused Director of Product Management to lead the evolution of Pocketpills’ product portfolio. In this role, you’ll work with the leadership to define and drive the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and member needs. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, health care experts, operations, and marketing to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for innovation, and a track record of delivering high-impact consumer products. You will also mentor a team of product managers and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing and mentoring product teams.
  • Proven success leading member-facing products, preferably in technology startups, SMEs, or medium-sized companies.
  • The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing technology products in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
  • Strong data literacy with experience using qualitative and quantitative insights to drive product decisions and business forecasts.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and lean product development practices.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work closely with engineering, design, marketing,health care experts, and operations teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable presenting to executive leadership and partners.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences.
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
