You will be joining the Mailchimp product organization to lead the Personalization team. As our Personalization leader, you will harness our data and AI capabilities to solve the #1 problem for small and medium businesses around the world: ‌ customer growth. You will be responsible for driving innovation to deliver Recommendations of Marketing strategies, from driving engagement for our SMBs with their customers to driving revenue growth, you will develop GenAI powered innovation to optimize how SMBs reach their customers, and how they understand their audiences. You’ll lead and grow a team of experienced and high-velocity product leaders.
