You will drive the product roadmap, lead high-performing teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge EHR modules and patient engagement tools. The position requires a forward-thinking product leader who can balance strategic insight with hands-on execution. You’ll have the opportunity to shape next-generation healthcare technology that improves clinical outcomes, enhances patient experience, and optimizes operational performance. Accountabilities: Lead the full product lifecycle — from market research and roadmap planning to delivery and go-to-market execution. Serve as the voice of the customer, partnering with clinicians, clients, and internal teams to ensure that all products meet real-world needs. Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with organizational goals and long-term innovation strategy. Develop and mentor a team of Product Managers and Business Analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and growth. Drive discovery and delivery of modular, add-on products within a complex EHR ecosystem, ensuring alignment between vision and implementation. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and commercial teams to ensure product usability, interoperability, and performance. Stay ahead of market and technology trends, particularly in mobile, cloud, and AI-driven healthcare solutions, to inform ongoing strategy. Present product direction and progress to leadership, clients, and external partners with clarity and influence. 8+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years in a director-level or senior leadership role. Proven success building and launching enterprise-scale healthcare technology products, ideally within EHR or clinical ecosystems. Strong understanding of clinical workflows, interoperability, and patient engagement strategies. Expertise in Agile product development, including backlog management and user story creation. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to coach and develop product teams, enhancing both strategic and tactical execution. Solid knowledge of mobile-first design, SaaS delivery models, and healthcare data standards. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in healthcare, informatics, business, or technology preferred. Willingness to travel up to 30–40% for client meetings, conferences, or strategic planning sessions. Competitive salary range of $125,000 – $140,000 USD, based on experience and location. Opportunity for career advancement within a fast-growing, innovation-focused organization. Comprehensive health insurance and wellness benefits. Remote U.S.–based position with flexible working arrangements. Inclusive and supportive workplace culture committed to diversity and equal opportunity.
